In this project, we have used spray coating for 32 exterior Georgian windows, a large conservatory and 4 doors with surrounds.

In the initial phase of work, we carried out thorough cleaning of the windows:- dirt, dust and insects. Following that we filled all cracks and cavities with polymer sealant and epoxy filler.

In the final stages of preparation a thorough sanding of the window surface and thorough degreasing with a suitable composing to obtain proper adhesion of the new paint coating.

 

The final stage of work in this project had been an extremely precise masking of 16 glass parts in each window separately, as well as bricks around the windows and spray painting the window frames themselves.

The unrivaled ROTEX RO 150 for coarse sanding, fine sanding and polishing. Only one tool for extremely high stock removal rates when rough grinding. Super-fine result when fine sanding. And a perfect finish when polishing. In combination with a mobile dust extractor, it gives an excellent extraction of all dust generated during grinding work. This has a huge impact, especially in the work carried out inside the building, preventing harmful dust particles from entering the air and on the speed and quality of the work performed.

 

The FinishPro 9.5 sprayer is loaded with features that provide on-demand power control and easier operation with independent material, air and spray controls to increase productivity on fine finish jobs. HVLP spraying is best when the primary concern is the quality of the finish.

 

The project was completed on time and on budget.
